Withdrawal Policy

This withdrawal notice applies to contracts concluded by consumers with us through this website.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activity.

Right of Withdrawal

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Made-to-Order Fine Art Prints

All Fine Art Prints offered in our shop are produced exclusively to order after your purchase, based on the motif and print size you have selected.

Therefore, the right of withdrawal is excluded pursuant to Section 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of defects or shipping damage.

Goodwill Cancellation:
If production of your order has not yet begun, we may allow cancellation free of charge as a gesture of goodwill. There is no legal entitlement to such cancellation.

Digital Content (e.g. image licenses)

For contracts for the supply of digital content that is not delivered on a tangible medium (e.g. image licenses or digital files), the right of withdrawal expires prematurely once we have begun performance of the contract, provided that

• the customer has expressly agreed that we begin performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and
• the customer has confirmed their knowledge that, by giving this consent, they lose their right of withdrawal.
